Savera Hotel, Chennai

The hotel has some impressive aspects like very clean and neat rooms, good staff support with polite attitudes, and helpful housekeeping department staff. However, the rooms felt old and gave off a motel-like vibe, not quite up to its 4-star status. There was also a strong tobacco smell lingering around and the decor seemed dated, could use some uplift.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast had a yummy taste although a bit pricey. The service was professional and decent with prompt assistance. The location was ideal for my purposes and very good overall.

I'm a regular guest at the Savera Hotel, and my stay was really beautiful with enough space in the room, which was very spacious and contained all the toiletries I needed. Laxmi and Yamuna, along with Mr V. Prabhu, provided excellent services that made my stay even more enjoyable.
